The phone tree could be
activated by any Lion.
Anyone can start the tree, but the rule should be that it be ok'd by the
President or one of the senior club officers.
It's main uses should be:
-Meeting/Event canceled due to
weather.
-Special
need to notify club Lions
How it works:
The
"activator" will call TEN of the "Top 10". DO
NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A "Top 10", CONTACT PERSONALLY.

-The "Top 10" will call the rest of the Lions in THE GROUP ASSIGNED TO THEM by the activator.
-Each "Top 10" should make a "BEST EFFORT" to reach the Lions in the group. If you cannot speak directly to the Lion, leaving a message is acceptable. If no answer, don't worry, try again later if possible.
