SCARECROW COMPETITION
The Scarecrow Competition is a community-wide competition to see which business/organization creates the best scarecrow based on the theme chosen by the Chamber of Commerce. A Lions committee is formed to brainstorm all possible ways to pull together and dress up our scarecrow to be the winning scarecrow!
